How to place an order or get in touch and a table of UK/EU shipping charges
Should you wish to pay by cheque then calculate the cost of your order, including postage, then order in the normal way. My address is posted below. All prices quoted are in GB Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Non UK/EU customers will need to get in touch before placing their order to confirm overseas shipping charges. If paying by Paypal let me know and I will send out an invoice. Once I get confirmation that the money has been deposited I parcel everything up and send it to you. For that I will also need your home address.
Should you wish to make payment by another means then please get in touch before placing your order. UK banks can take between 2 and 4 weeks to process foreign currency transactions, and charge for this service. This charge will be passed on to you, the customer. This is why we prefer to deal in GBP and use Paypal.
Delivery will be processed through regular postal channels, and in the UK this will normally be 2nd-Class Post. Registered or recorded delivery costs extra, as does airmail for overseas orders, so please specify before ordering.
I have shipped parcels to MZ owners worldwide - to mainland Europe, Africa, Australia, North and South America. It just takes a little longer to get there, that's all.
Should you need to get in touch then use the link in the main menu. If you have any problems or queries about an order you have already placed, or should you receive any goods that are faulty, then contact me with the details as soon as possible.
Please note that the position of Regalia Officer is a volunteer one and of necessity it gets fitted in around my other commitments. I will get orders posted out to you as soon as is practicable, so please allow at least 28 days for normal UK delivery before you get in touch to enquire about any order. Please don't order on a Monday and start complaining about non-delivery on the Wednesday! If you are in a hurry for something then mark your order 'URGENT' and I will do my best to get it dealt with as a priority.
